We were without air-conditioning for 2 nights, so our condo was extremely humid. I made several calls and text messages starting with the time we arrived which was around 5pm so the office was closed and the call went to an afterhours number. We were only refunded $114.79 which sounds like about the cost of a part. The condo was lovely and was advertised as having A/C. We found out the coffee pot did not work when we got up the first morning. The coffee pot was replaced late the first day with a brand new one. You only get one washcloth per person for the week so you will be doing laundry or bring some washcloths and towels from home. The overall property was clean and I would go back again. They should have refunded us for the nights we did not have A/C.

Perfect Condo with Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay at BeachCrest unit 1004. The condo was clean and better than the pictures. We loved the unit because it was updated and decorated in a soothing, comfortable colors which set the tone for a relaxing stay at Seagrove Beach. We love the convenience of being on the beach and having umbrella and chair service daily on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the beach, shopping in Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary beach, riding bikes and eating great seafood at Cafe 30-A, Louis Louis, Seagrove Market Cafe, The Perfect Pig, and enjoyed coffe from Modica Market and Beachy Bean. Even when it rained, we had a great time shopping for books from our favorite independent bookstore, Sunday Books. The changes in latitude helped our attitude. We had a thoroughly relaxing vacation.
The only suggestions I would make is adding a small lounge chair to the veranda and updating the cushions on the outdoor chairs. The screen doors may need to be looked at as they did not slide easily and had a few holes in that could be repaired. These items are minor as the overall appearance and maintenance of the unit was impeccable. We would highly recommend this condo and would return.

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. It was a good space for what we were looking for, only 3 of us. Great location, directly on the beach and in the middle of all the small towns along the 30A highway. Beach access was easy and had chairs/umbrellas readily available for our use. Pool was also nice to take a dip in after being on the beach all day.
